jewelrydesignersstudio sells jewelry wax modeling and design products to jewelry professionals and students all over the world exclusively through the Internet.  We carry the Matt brand of tools and high-quality carving waxes which are made to the specifications of professional wax modelers.  All of our products are shipped out of our warehouse in New Jersey, USA.
 
Ordering Options
At jewelrydesignersstudio you can order:
  • ONLINE:  Ordering online is fast and easy with our Secure Online Ordering System. The transmission of your information is protected by using state of the art encrypted Secure Socket Layer 'SSL' technology. 
  • BY MAIL: Upon checkout, you may also select the check/money order option, then mail a check or money order to our mailing address.  For personal checks, orders will be scheduled for shipment as soon as your check has been received by us and satisfactorily processed through our bank.
  • BY TELEPHONE: You may also phone us with your credit card information 9:30 am to 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time.

General Shipping Information
All orders are shipped from our facility within 1 to 3 days after they are received (on weekdays).
We generally use United Parcel Service and the United States Postal Service to deliver our shipments.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
jewelrydesignersstudio ships its products all over the world.  While we can ship express, United States Postal Service Airmail Parcel is the most economical choice.  PLEASE NOTE:  Depending on the country your order can take from 2 to 6 weeks. 

A $5.00 fee is added to all USPS international shipments to pay for insurance and pick-up.  There is a $100 order minimum for Federal Express overnight service.
 
Order Confirmation
You will receive an automatic order confirmation upon placing your order.  We review all orders for accuracy before we process them.  If we have any questions about your order, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone.
